Graphics for Business Ads

Graphics rule of thumb says; ads should always contain

• business name

• business logo

• business phone number

• business email address

• business web address

• physical address

Graphics VS Fine Art

The ad should also contain a ‘graphic’ as opposed to a ‘fine art’ style image.
The graphic should be instantly recognizable. Bold-as only a graphic can be.
Fine art has its place for certain, but rarely as a logo or an ad.

Graphics -Color
Color is extremely important.
If it is a serious business, such as an attorney, a CPA or financial institution, the ad should portray stability and honesty via the color combinations. It should look serious.

If the business is a tour or activity that is fun, the colors should feel and say fun – without the use of the word ‘fun’.
