Orca Whales Black White Prints 1
Orca whales – the icon of the Pacific Northwest. Yes, I am a San Juan Islander – home to the Southern Resident Killer Whales (SRKW). We also have Biggs Orca whales close by aka Canada Orca Whales, the meat eaters.
Many times I use my own photos and turn them into photoshop brushes. I play with their shapes and colors or lack of color in this case. Orca whales make the perfect hip or contemporary art pieces. Clean, simple lines. Black and white.
I think of the thousands of times that I have been in the Salish Sea and seen these oh-so-lovely, swift, brilliant and personable beings. I do hope you will enjoy these prints. And I hope you will have the opportunity to see Orca whales in the wild.
Available with any background color you can imagine too.
Hang one at a time. Or arrange these four prints in a variety of ways. Each gives a different feeling.
This landscape print is available in a variety of sizes. It can be printed on Velvet Rag Paper (has a fine, smooth matte surface, acid and lignin-free, which creates the highest image quality, approaching card stock, with a bit of bend unlike cardboard) or on canvas.
Canvas is flat, not stretched on a frame.
