Hay At False Bay
Since I live near False Bay, many of my paintings portray some aspect of the bay. This is summer haying season. There is a lovely farm that has huge bales scattered about. I love haying season. I love big tractors. I love to see the birds of prey following the farmers and snatching up mice and voles. The mountains depicted here are on the Olympic Peninsula. Seascapes are my favorite thing to paint. But this has both land and sea. Perfect!
